The Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt was established in 2013 as an opportunity for women to mentor one another and bond through a Wyoming tradition. The event raises funds to help the Wyoming Women’s Foundation carry out its mission. To visit the Wyoming Women’s Foundation website, CLICK HERE
The hunt takes place at a ranch near Ucross Wyoming which is northeast of
Buffalo Wyoming and is open to approximately 40 hunters each year. Each year
about 1/3 of the participants attend on a scholarship. This year’s hunt will take place from October
12-15th. Since 2013 the hunt has had participants from over19 states,
and the success rate has been a whopping 90% +.
