Description
With this Jerky Knife and Board Kit, you can cut evenly thin strips of meat for even cooking and marinating. Kit consists of 12" x 12" double sided plastic board- cut depths are ¼" and ⅛" (6.4mm & 3.8mm) with ribbing and nubs to hold the meat in place. Allows you to consistently cut ¼" or ⅛" slabs of meat and slice consistently equal width strips of jerky.

- Board and pressing plate are dishwasher-safe polypropylene
- Knife is 15" L overall with 10" stainless steel blade and polypropylene handle; hand-wash
